Software for life's compartments
Bento Labs builds software for the different compartments of everyday life — wellbeing, finance, food, and the spaces in between. Each product is designed with care, restraint, and respect for the people who use it.

The name Bento comes from the idea of compartmentalised living. A bento box neatly organises different elements into one balanced whole — and that's what we're trying to do with software.
We started with meal planning, but quickly realised the philosophy extended further. Mental health, personal finance, daily wellbeing — each compartment of life deserves software that's calm, considered, and built for real people.
Every product we make follows the same principles: simplicity first, privacy by default, and design that gets out of your way.
We don't collect what we don't need. Most of our apps work entirely on-device with zero data leaving your phone.
Our products don't fight for your attention. No streaks, no guilt, no dark patterns. Software should serve you, not the other way around.
We'd rather ship one thing that works beautifully than ten things that sort of work. Quality compounds.
Good design means everyone can use it. We build with accessibility in mind from day one, not as an afterthought.
