Your enquiry.
Handled with care.

This notice covers bentolabs.co.uk and its project enquiry form. For questions about your information, contact contact@bentolabs.co.uk.

What you send us

The form asks for your name, business, email address, the type of help you need and a short project description. We use those details to respond, understand the proposed work and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not include confidential documents or personal records belonging to other people.

How the form works

With JavaScript enabled, your brief stays in the page until you choose to send it. Reviewing the brief does not submit it. The site is hosted on Netlify, and submitted enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms. Hosting and form processing may also involve technical request information such as IP addresses for service operation and spam prevention.

Storage and choices

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work or record-keeping obligations. You can ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained where an obligation applies.

Cookies, sound and analytics

This website does not install advertising trackers or use an analytics script. Theme and sound controls operate in the current page. Audio is generated in your browser and starts only when you press Play. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Other Bento products

Product-specific privacy information is separate. Overstimulated privacy and support remains available at its existing address.
